Getting Started

This is a venture I have wanted to undertake for years and I am excited to finally take the plunge.  I hope to post fairly regularly based on the interesting (and not so interesting) things that happen during my day and hop around inside my head.  I suspect that this blog will involve lots of philosophical ideas about the world, interesting articles and videos, and frequent mistakes.  Topics will include parenting, reflection, self improvement, politics, snark, and occasionally sports.  If you know me and find me entertaining, interesting, or tolerable, then this blog will be for you.
